Data Security Program questions?

I'm new to computers and am using AVG Free Antivirus, Windows Defender, Spybot Search and Destroy, Spyware Docter, Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool, and Zone Alarm Firewall. Do these programs work to keep my comp safe or is there another program that should receive? Thanks guys

You should add Lavasoft Ad-Aware to your arsenal. There is a free version available for download that works well.
