Wake Alarm
How do I learn to hear the alarm? I can set the tv on super loud, a loud alarm, a wake up call – doesn’t work!
I have kids and a hubby that I’d wake up if I set 4 loud alarms, just to wake up!
Help – I really sleep through everything. If I am woken abruptly, I hate the messenger too.
I just want to find a non-annoying sound that will wake me, but I sleep soooo deeply. I have never woken during the loudest storm, a stereo blaring, or the phone ringing.
My mom is the same way and so are 2 out of 3 of my children.
My husband is the light sleeper, poor guy!
I can’t have something that wakes up the household suddenly either.
You might think this sounds weird. but I always visualize myself waking up to see the desired time on the clock as I lay in bed the night before. It works for me.
