Central locking?

I s possible to get remote central locking fitted to my truck? The existing truck is not going to have central locking.Iam an alarm installed and wondered if this could happen at the same time.Is possible or expensive and I can recommend an alarm for a LWB van? Thank you very much.

Yes, not a problem, you can have any lock that only works the alarm or the door lock that works independently of the alarm, but may be linked to it, there are plenty of decent car alarms on the market. To find a good installer in your area, ask around, and when it finds a facility well ask what kind alarm they have in their cars and that you have installed. Expect to pay about 350 pounds upwards alarm and locking, this is a long and unpopular work, expect to lose the van for a day, the side sliding door is a door easier to do, so if you get someone saying a bad job is left alone. If you have a separate cabin area and rear, always install separate sensors for each area so that the truck is fully covered, good luck.
