Sleeping through the alarm. How do I get up?

Every morning, I’m so sleepy that I can’t get up to my alarm… I wake up a little, reach for the alarm, switch it off then set it for ten mins later- this goes on for 45 minutes sometimes. I’m late to work pretty much every day (they don’t seem to mind- I stay back late every day anyway.) I just can’t wake up. I’m pretty healthy and I get 8 hours sleep a night. Will this go on forever? I’m almost 30!

I am 33 now, and depends on what time i have to get up. what i do is set my alarm clock out of reach then set the alarm on my cell phone a few minutes later and put it in the opposite direction of me that way every 2 minutes or i have to hit snooze button it gets to be such a hassle i get up faster than i normally would
