How do I set an alarm after wake-up call on my landline from the UK?

I'm sure you've done it before about 10 years ago, but you can not say for sure? I can not find any information anywhere online and my phone book is not much information life through my 3 years old! my phone ran out of battery, the charger is in my house my boyfriend and I really need to get up in the morning !!!!!
