Blocker Firefox help content?

I'm trying to block access to certain websites on your computer. I found some Firefox extensions well / addons that allow you to do this but the problem is, you can disable extensions without a password. Is there a place I needed to fill this gap? Maybe there is a third party software to achieve this objective, it can also just install another browser, Firefox or another in another directory, then uninstall after each use? (Zone Alarm has a nice content blocker, but has a little further, and may be a small headache.) Moreover, I am aware that can go through the hassle of creating a Windows security policy that prohibits the installation of user files, but that is really a tangled web for me. Third-party software seems to be betting more manageable. Thanks! It's kind of loophole. As a user of a Windows security measure would be good to block certain characteristics, such as the ability to alter the program's security.
