ok i almost fainted when I had to walk in front of people?

Senior Award Day today was my school and I was certified to Honeywell alarm systems. my teacher wanted to go out today in front of the whole school, I begged him not to call my name. He even offered money to not call me. as Assembly passed, I was literally sweating and I was breathing with difficulty. I am extremely sick, went to the bathroom to vomit. Now I have a headache huge. Is it normal??

Stage fright. Are you a quiet person? I like talking in front of a large group of people, but others become stressed. You were just nervous and your body reacts to it. You will be fine. If you get nervous trying to take slow deep breaths, and you need to speak to a group of people or walk before they try to look there and not in the front not the eyes. It sounds like you made it worse by offering money to get out of it or begging instead of facing the reality that going to have to do it. Best of luck to you.
