1996 Audi A6 theft alarm problems?? Please help.?

I went on vacation for 2 months and my car battery was dead when I came back, so I tried to Jump Start and I kept ringing the alarm will not stop until it went extinct along with my battery, so replaced the battery me, and guess what my alarm system got screwed over and now i cannot close my car, my radio doesn't work, my gas tank doesn't open, and the top of my ass too is locked and basically my car is in safe mode for the rest of his life, I read the manual a dozen times and has nothing to say to help me, anyone knows something I can do??? (the light is always in the fog, I think thats supposed to indicate that the alarm system is in some way?)

dealer unlock the car, had the same problem with my A4. Put me in the car. I had to climb the roof. Simply restart the computer to stop the battery beyond 10m, if not go to a dealer respect. Actually the first call. Thanks man, hope everything works
