bleeding while pregnant…?

I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant. On friday i had quite bad cramping and light spotting. Most of the blood was bright red although there was some darker brown blood. There wasn’t that much blood and the cramping has stoppped although whenever i go to the loo, there is still a bit of blood that is noticeable on the tissue. When i went for my 1st doctors app 2 weeks ago he told me if i start bleeding at anytime not to worry, it is just natures way of taking care of things and not to be alarmed. He said dogs and cats never have full litters ??????? is the light bleeding something to worry about? if i go to another doc or the hospital could they help? or will they tell me the same thing as my doctor??? Please help

GO TO THE HOSPITAL RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!! Any bleeding is a sign something is wrong Stop paying the doctoer that is talking like a veterinarian!!!
