I'm sick of everything being based on their credit.?

my mom ruined my credit with utility bills, credit cards and alarm systems in your home. Then I did a little damage to have things sent to collections somethings well, but would not be so bad if there were already ruined. and recently got my car repossessed. not to mention I have a lot of inquries on my credit when I bought my car, I was sent to 15 banks to see which would approve me. and then when I finally passed my interest rate was 18% and payment was $ 441, which is why we NEED having to consider, BC could not afford. Will I be able to buy a car? under what circumstances and how can I fix my credit? HELP! I need a car to go back and forth to work or else I'll lose my job!
