Car Alarm Light Headlight Parking and not blinking.?

Hello, I have a 01 avalon until the lights of the headlights in the dark (auto mode). When my car's headlights in auto mode the car alarm does not make the parking lamp or headlamp flash, the model is AutoPage RF-320. The alarm was installed in a shop. Is it my car or the guy who did this are not sure how? Thanks

I think that wire did not do something correctly. You must take back and do check that.
