How to get out of lease?

I live in a townhouse and it is absolutely awful. I live in Michigan. We had no fire alarm upstairs when we moved in. Cat pee was all over the carpet. The toilet was broken. We have bugs, wolf spiders, millipedes, centipedes, ants, crickets, etc. Our walls are falling apart. Plaster keeps falling off of them onto the floor. I just recently found mold growing on our carpets. They came over and took pictures and said they will fix it in a couple of days. I have an 8 mth old daugther and I am pregnant again. They refuse to fix anything, or tell us one thing then do another. I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do. I have already called HUD housing and there is nothing that they can do. They landlord will not give me corporates number. Thanks for any advice.

Move somewhere else.
Don’t pay anymore rent.
Stop getting pregnant if you can’t find a decent place to live.
Ps. Breathing in mold spores is not healthy for a pregnant woman
