Why won’t my BT Vision work?

On Moday night there was a really bad storm and afterwards my phone, bt vision and alarm have stopped working, so think the house may have been struck or power surge/similar. The cordless phones do not work but when i plug a corded phone into the main line in, it works. However when you run the phone line into the ADSL filter for BT Vision and broadband neither the phone or bt vision works. (Broadband however has continued to work fine). There is no phoneline icon lit on the homehub either. I have tried using a new adsl filter incase that is broken but no joy! Can anyone help? NB everything ran perfectly until the storm!

have you called technical help? 08001114567, I work for BT and there is an automated message about alot of lines being affected by recent storms
