Repeating my question with modification, Is their any free software that will start my PC on set time ?

I got the 3 answers to the above like modify motherboard to no software available. Here I would like to add that their are shareware software available that will automatically start my PC at set time either in stand by mode or in off mode. This is also known as ‘HIBERNATE’ your PC. If I find this free software also can be called as ‘freeware software’ then my PC will be totally loaded with essential software from alarm clock, timer clock to auto shutdown software which I have downloaded free. So please let me know if it is available and where?
