Why does my computer keep freezing when I try to download Zone Alarm that is Vista compatible?…?

I try installing it and it stops at 4% and sometimes 12%. Then I place my cursor over icons (not clicking) and then my computer freezes. I tried both the free version and the Pro version. Even when I don’t touch a thing while Zone Alarm tries to install, it still freezes causing me to shut down unsafely….

Not sure of the answer myself so try the ZoneAlarm user forums at http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/support/userForum/userForum_agreement.jsp?dc=12bms&ctry=US&lang=en&lid=tshome_userforum,I’m sure someone there will help.
Soundls to me like a problem with the installer program that ZoneAlarm uses,I think they use either Wise installation wizard or installshield,probably a compatability issue with Vista,anyway check out the forum.
