Sleep help!?

ok .. I need MAJOR help awaken in the morning. I have two alarm clocks (phone and real clock), which combined go 4 times in addition to the two different calls to be created from a free online service. Pick alarm tones very strong and the maximum volume … but I then up! I have early classes – midterms this week and I've been so scared when I wake up and miss a practice midterm that I have a friend who came knocking on my door … but the problem is often i kinda sleepwalking at the door and back to sleep and have no memory of the incident …. . please help me !!!!! do not tell me to sleep more hours – I sleep as many hours as I can, but isn't much … lol I have no time … thanks!

Gahh oh i have the exact same problem. every time i have a great test, i freak out and do not know if I can do in the morning. and its funny we are both talking about it at 1:30 (EST). I dont really know if this helps …. my mom comes into my room, turn on the light and only let me. finally, the light bothers me enough to open his eyes alteast. to have someone to turn all the lights in the room. you crazy at first, but it works. thank God someone else knows how bad morning suck
