Where can I get Kay’s free alarm clock program?

Well it was cool til I figured out that there was no official “Kays Alarm Clock” to be found. I saw a link to an atomic clock. Zzzz Zzz is how I felt about the results but that may be the best that can be done if the old .exe was on an expired page.
