Smoke detectors, but no smoke!?

Who does not love to be awakened for no reason at 4 am by a smoke alarm stupid!?! I live in an apartment … four alarms with smoke. Three went twice, about 5-10 minutes apart for about 30 seconds. The second time, he seemed almost a minute. There was smoke, fire, etc. Nothing. And now the three alarms have a flashing green light. I think it could be hard wired because when I made the cover of one saw a pile of wires … but I do not know. I just want to know is what made him go … and go again soon? Thanx!

Some alarms are also a gas detector poisionious as carbon monoxide and other toxic fumes .. if three went at a time would come to the fire department to test the air for you .. they will do .. free, but do not call 911 or their number emergencey unless someone has some wine to overcome .. that will test the open and around the testing fees. any type of gas will, up .. if the air is clean .. then I would say that something is wrong with the cables are connected to the 3 at a time is not normal to go unless there is a problem .. They will to have 3 defective smoke alarms at a time
