Excalibur Al-1000-e no sound?

My alarm is an excalibur al-1000-e. It works fine except for the sound. There is nothing plugged into the valet port, so i don’t know if that’s the problem. The siren is a psyren au-67mp, and it’s just not working, ha. Thanks for the help.

The alarm is prolly in valet mode, and without a switch in the port to turn it on and off. Im not sure how you turn your alarm back on again. With the alarm off, the doors will lock and unlock but you will not get any alarms, no door triggers, hoodpins, or shock sensors.
