If there was carbon monoxide in my house, would my alarm continue to go off regardless of what I press?

I have a Kidde CO and fire alarm installed. I made some pizza rolls, and when I took them out, not surprisingly, one of my three alarms went off. I hit one of the other two by mistake, and then that went off and said “carbon monoxide”. I hit it again and it was silent. Then I hit it just to test it out and it said “fire” before it said “CO”, so I hit it again to turn it off. I’m kind of concerned because I don’t know if I have CO in my house or not. I feel fine, and the emergency CO contact didn’t seem worried when I called them, but I’m just wondering that if there was CO in my house if the alarm would continue to sound no matter what?
The green light is on constant, with an occasional blinking. The red light is totally off, and the alarm hasn’t sounded in an hour and a half.

if you pushed the silent button and there was carbon monoxide in your house than in 5-7 minutes it will come back on if it does open all windows and doors then get out of the house and shut off power!!!
