What sort of tradesman would I need to help remove fungi from bathroom?

From looking on internet, this seems to be a common problem but I don’t know who to contact to remedy it.
The fungi looks a bit like pasta and grows at an alarming rate. We are going to rip up the floor and try and dry the area with a dehumidifier but need someone to kill the fungi before we lay new floor!
