Should I break into her Apartment?

Ok so I live in apartment townhouses. With ten together in the shape of an L. Anyway I live near the corner of the L and my neighbor 2 doors down on the corner hasn’t been home in 3 days, her windowns upstairs are open and her alarm clock has been going off for the past 3 days. Its loud and annoying. *ANT*ANT*ANT*ANT*ANT* we are all going nutz listening to it. We can’t even sit on the porch without twitching ℓoℓ . I’ve called the property management and they said they’ll tell maintnance and see if they can get in but its been hours. I want to break in her apartment just to turn it off or unplug it! ℓoℓ I mean what would u do???

I definitely would not break in! Not only could the tenant report you to the police, if you damaged the door, doorway, window or locks getting in the landlord could also charge you! Just sounds like a bad idea all the way around.

I would keep calling the landlord until they take care of it. It’s ok to be annoying if it’s bothering everyone in the building – they really should take care of it!
