about five months ago I purchased a used vehicle. and the first week I confessed that I was so happy, but two weeks after purchase … I started having problems with it. (The owner) (The altenator) Every time I turned made this clicking sound … Now, to be perfectly honest would honor the warranty and make repairs needed. Now here comes the problem when I bought it, had already built the factory alarm without remote control, one day after work I went to start the car and it would not start! So to make a long story short I had to have it towed to the dealership (which is supposed to reimburse me the $ 75.00 of that cost me $ 100.00 (no) But still the same problem that began 4 1 | 2 months ago. Since then he has been "repaired" by the same malfuction. 3 times different! Twice in the last 3 weeks. Oh, Not to mention the first time repaired. The door was welded shut, but did a bad, wouldnt shut door.!

First you purchased a used car. The Used cars are known to have problems. If the alarm was part of the security and tried to fix it and did not, contact the service manager of the dealership and explain what is happening. Wasting time with the BBB, honestly, not remedy anything as fast as you may think.
