My team is doing a sound doonk doonk every 3 minutes, at the point. Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

My PC is running Windows Vista. I checked emails and close all windows and no alarms / reminders saved. I have also restarted the computer, but it still occurs. I can not see nothing, no messages or pop-up screens when it occurs. I also run a McAfee scan and no problems there. It has never happened before, only in the last hour or two. Can anyone help? It's a sound coming from the computer, so it's not a fan or something external. I'll reboot and check all connections and try again tomorrow. Thanks to everyone now.

I agree with River 2 Electric Boogaloo on something to connect to the USB port. I had the same problem that sometimes If you push my scanner connection. Turn off your computer, check all hardware and cable connections, then power up the PC again. If this is not the problem, it could be a two things: the error messages or pop garbage windows.
