I have a "His valet" RPN471T DEI remote that comes with my Durango. What to do? I have a car alarm, too.

I have Dodge Durango 200 and comes with a car alarm (lock, unlock, panic) and a little remote that says "His valet" on the front with two buttons, I and II, and a green LED. On the back it says DEI and has a lot of numbers. How it works I know that pressing "I" will my lights flash. Pressing II does not seem to do anything. II inadvertently pressed both at the same time, and it sounded like my truck started, but was not running. As it began, and then turned it off. What was that? Is it a remote control car starter?

the valet distance is what gives people that you park your car if you go to an event or something that is not a full function remote, never give full function remote, which says it raised, is for when other people are will use or the park, just not according to their full distance, I checked and that one could be a complete remote function and can act as an ignition system Remote also treated, can work, I have not work on my car, so I'm not much help in this, good luck with it, and have a good new year.
