Can new car alarm clickers be programed to an alarm system currently installed on a car?

My car has an alarm system on it, but the alarm clicker that arms and disarms my alarm fell off my key chain. Is it possible for me to buy a new set of clickers and have them programmed to the alarm system that is altready installed in my car?

if the system is from the manufacturer then yes, you just call the dealership. i’m not sure about after market alarms
