Weird anime bulldog clock?

I have this clock. It is a red bulldog from, most likely, an anime cartoon. When the alarm goes off, it speaks japanese. Here is a picture of it:

I don’t thick that it’s from a anime!I thick it’s just a clock that speaks japanese!I’m very sorry!
