What cell phones have excellent voice quality?

I’m looking for a new cell phone (I have AT&T, a Razr V3XX) because my Razr is a piece of crap. I can’t hear anyone very well at all (even with my bluetooth headset), and the buttons are starting to stick.
I am really mostly interested in getting a phone that has a louder speaker volume and excellent voice quality. I don’t really care about features that much, but web access and alarm clock are two that I use the most. I read that the Black Jack has good voice quality and I guess the iPhone too. Any other suggestions?

Usually Motorola phones are known to have very good voice quality. I am surprised that you did not make that experience with your Razr. Another brand with excellent voice quality is Nokia.

Samsung, LG etc. also have pretty good voice quality, but it’s definitely nothing out of the ordinary.

If you are looking for good voice quality, stay away from phones such as blackberry and the iphone. these phones only have semi-good voice quality. though it is not that much to complain about, these phones often fall short on the calling features, while outperforming many other phones on internet features etc.
