I was visiting Dallas, TX recently and heard the birds singing more and more unusual – like a car alarm or whistle. ?

Does anyone know the name of this bird (not a mocking bird)? I think it was black, but I'm not sure. I've heard a lot of bird songs online to try to resolve it, without success. Again, sounds like a combination of a whistle and a car alarm. It was so cool that I recorded a few minutes of them in a parking lot with my digital camera!

Is there a bird watching club or organization or an expert can contact? Let's listen to the recording and see what they say. Other birds imitate sounds of birds, besides mockery. Even Crows, starlings, minabirds and catbirds come to mind are of a dark color. Moreover, often a person allows a tame bird loose, maybe a parrot or parakeet. This way, Oklahoma, blackbirds that sounds more surprising, and are black too. Live well and do good
