how do i get a good nights sleep at 36 weeks pregnant?

i have not slept properly for nearly 4 weeks now, i am exhausted, frustrated and snappy. my worst night was saturday just gone, i went to bed at 9pm…tossed and turned for 2 hours so came downstairs with the duvet….tossed and turned on the sofa, floor , chair and tried the bed again. eventually at 5.10am!! i crawled up the stairs to try and get to sleep…..i got into bed and broke don in tears, i sobbed with frustration. i was still awake when the hubbies alarm went off at 6.30!! i don’t know how long i can take this for, as i am physically exhausted, at is now 1.40 am and i went to bed at 10pm, but was back down at 11pm, i am so restless, cant get comfy, i have tried the pillow between the legs, cant sleep on my back……i need some help quick!!

I have invested in a mothercare sleep pillow which is really comfy – expensive but worth it. During my 1st pregnancy I used a v pillow which helped but wasn’t great. This one seems ideal although I only 3 months preg at the mo so not the best comparison!! I’m pretty sure it will sort me out later on though.
