In a fire under what circumstances would you let your son pull the fire alarm?

If If you discovered a fire and you were with your son outside and your son asked “Dad could we pull the fire alarm”? What would you say? How would you let your son know that it is ok if he helps you do it or if he can do it as opposed to you? How would you guide him with regards to breaking the glass if there was glass? When he pulls the handle how would he know not to let go until it goes all the way down? If the handle went back up and no alarm sounded would you tell your son to pull it again if his hand slipped? What would you tell your son as he was pulling the alarm? After you were safe how would you reward your son for doing a good job under stress?
