Youtube videos dont work?

whenever i try to watch a you tube video the page comes up with aq bunch of words and I try to refresh and stuff but it doesn’t work and then i close the internet browser and then reopen the page and it works why does it do this does anyone now how to fix this? I have winxp im using Firefox and i have zone alarm internet security suite

it does that 2 me all the time!!!!!!!! I think you need 2 delete the cache or make sure that cookies are on!
