two, but I can get online using my web Juno. I only use Juno for my email, but have been using for web usage since it seems to me online can not get otherwise. Spent more than two hours with Comcast technology and eventually went to work and then nothing. I did a system restore and that is brand new and I spent hours with Linksys to reconfigure. I've checked all my security settings and I've dropped my zone alarm firewall and Linksys technology said that there was no construction on the router. I am using AVG for my virus program and updates daily. I run SpyBot and Ad-Aware regularly. Any and all help would much appreciated. Thanks!

see if you are getting an IP address of your router both laptop and desktop (run – cmd — ipconfig / all). check the settings that appear when you get to run ipconfig. treat ipconfig / release and then ipconfig / renew. check the FAQ networks and seminars in dslreports.com
