Site doesnt open, so how to contact them?

I recently purchased a:
Smith & Wesson Motion Detector Alarm with Programmable Keypad P/N 050096
..but i received the item without instructions manual!
The vendor says he doesnt have it, and im in desperate need of using this alarm.
Smith & Wesson’s site doesnt open …does anyone know how I can contact them? Or at least know where I can get the instructions manual please?
