How to make ur dog more protective?

I have got a young male Kangal dog and a young female American bull dog. They both smart and friendly dogs. The problem is i leave on a remote farm in North Australia. In the region there are lot of native people like to jump in to my fence and took whatever they like. There is no way i can put a alarm cover the whole camp, so i hope my dog can guard the place instead busy play with those un welcomed guests.

A kangal with the standard temprament shouldnt need any training for this, You need to sentry train you dogs to patrol your area. Sentry training also includes training the dogs not to accept treats from anyone trying to get in.

Phone around and find a good trainer or if i was you i would take a shortcut if you dont mind having another dog and get a dog that already has a good territorial and guarding temprament, if you get a good rottweiler or german shepherd that starts guarding your area your other dogs will likely follow what the guard dog is doing and learn how to guard too.

Just remember if you do get a dog like this you will need to be able to handle it and with a kangal and a american bulldog you dont want it kicking off against them, A kangal that is willing to fight can destroy pitbulls easily so be careful.
