A question for experienced installers of car alarms?

I bought an OEM alarm for my 95 Ford T-Bird. It has all the addresses and stuff. Put the siren, went to the drive cable and reached a point in the directions where I said that "for positive systems, connect the purple, for systems refusal connect yellow wire. "has the same thing in a few places later in the different threads. It's very vague. I guess it's about the land (the land)? But That seems odd, since all vehicles except for 1960, like machine guns and Jaguars and those things are negative ground (why would it still have a choice a positive ground??) Is there anything more I could say?

Undoubtedly it will be in relation to the pulse on the central locking. If you read the instructions alarm in connection with the central locking should tell you how to tell if your vehicle requires pos or neg pulse. If not, an alarm OEM can contact technical Ford and the question. There must be a contact number on the back of the instruction of the alarm.
