what my car does not start when the battery dies and give him a break?

Hello I have a Honda Accord 1995 and yesterday the battery of my death …. I thought ok let me ….. a jump and when I did the lights and everything turned on but not the car ….. real alarm and this noise came out of nowhere ……. I knew I had an alarm installed in the car, but it was from my car … every time I opened the door for the alarm to be ….. I had nothing to shut it down ….. every time I tried start the car the alarm would go off ….. battery and cause of death remained ……. had to get the car toll …. I have tried to do everything, but no work … I realized that the fight against theft alarm call was intermittent, even when I put the keys in the ignition …… only flashes when the car is turned off and parked …. So what can I do?

It needs a new battery and possibly a new alternator if the battery is dying of what could be that the alternator is bad and not be charged as it is supposed to consider and review it
