Alarm Mp3 Player
Do you ever go to sleep with your iPod, mp3 player, etc. & sleep with the same 1 song on repeat?
I’ve been doing this lately, & it helps me sleep better. I would listen to a slow R&B song, or an instrumental version of an R&B song, & what’s funny is that sometimes, the song plays in my dreams.
There are times when my alarm clock plays in my dreams, & I can’t wake up because I’m still sleeping & dreaming. It’s weird.
Yes, lots! Guess I’m not the only one who does this. xD
