Which one of this anti viruses do you recomend?

this are the options bitdefender, ca, ahn lab, kaspersky, windows one care, quick heal, k7 computing, vision power, avg, trend micro virus, panda, mcafee, zone alarm, f secure …. a tip: i use limewire to donwload files etc does any of those antiviruses protecs my computer from threats that the program might donwload?
