Alarm For Windows Xp

Is there an alarm program for Windows XP where, say, you can set it at 10 to pop up and say….?
“CLOSE THE WINDOWS”or “Unload the dishwasher!”. Any help?
Without writing your own batch script (which will be easy if you are a programmer, but hard otherwise) I would recommend some third party software. You may want to try something like below, which is from eHow.com
How to install Alarm Clock for Windows XP , Vista & Windows 7 (TUTORIAL).
