Pool Alarm System to prevent drowning?

I am looking for a pool alert system that will sound if a frog/mouse/chipmunk/dog/cat, etc. falls into my pool. I want it to sound wherever I am – like a bracelet that sounds. I dont want it ringing out loud like a car alarm.

Most have a local audible alarm and some have as an additional feature a remote alarm which sounds inside of your house, but you have to do more research for a wrist alert one. If the system is too sensitive it will sound off when there is heavy rain or a strong wind. Most are set to detect small objects the size of children, but not as small as a mouse due to wind and rain false alarms.
