replace battery or take out car alarm?

i have a 1990 acura integra. its cold out and i jump into my car this morning and went to start and there wasn’t enough juice to start. So i wait a few seconds try again turns over a couple times and still not enough juice. try again and nothing happens, try once more and just the alarm goes off its a viper alarm, but it does this now every time i try to start even when i tried to jump start it. It doesn’t turn over at all now just sets the alarm off i have no remotes and it has never went off in the 5 years i have owned it. I don’t know what to do.
